Lake City Construction Co-Op is a network of independently owned and operated construction trades. Each is run by a specialist with deep experience in their trade. Our framers don’t paint. Our painters don’t hang drywall. Our drywallers don’t install windows or roofs. Our tradesmen are experts in their trades. The reason we’ve created a co-op is to share overhead, management, and estimating technology to make us more competitive for you. Another benefit of the co-op is the sharing of quality standards and scheduling systems that help us ensure that jobs are completed on-time, in budget, and to the highest quality standards.
