For more than 40 years Lake City has been serving Utah’s families.

We started as a small, family owned business and have grown into a larger business with ventures spanning the real estate landscape, yet our family values remain unchanged. We now have many employees and various partners, but at its heart Lake City is still a local, family business.

Our business interests span across several disciplines within the industry, including development, construction, and investment. We specialize in residential projects, although we are also involved in a sizeable amount of commercial projects.

We operate various construction trades through our Construction Co-op, a cooperative effort between several innovative business owners who have come together to share resources to remain competitive in this challenging environment.

We are passionate about the art of building. It’s in our blood. From the design stage starting with a blank sheet of paper, to meeting with clients to understand their desires and vision, to actually constructing the structure and ensuring that every small detail is attended to with excellence – we love the process!
